Read at your own pace. When you have lived with the book for a little while, write to me at info@mojoexpressions.com with the subject First Reader feedback, and tell me honestly:

• What landed — a chapter, a sentence, a practice that stayed with you
• What did not land, or what felt missing
• Which ritual you actually tried, and what happened when you did
• Whether I may quote a line of your feedback, and how you would like to be named (first name, initials, or not at all)

Kind and critical are both welcome. Honest is what I need.

Your questions

While you read, you can write to me with your own questions — about the book, the practices, or what you are carrying right now. Use the subject Question. I read every letter. Some questions may find their way, anonymously and only with your permission, into the mailbox segment of the podcast, so other women can hear the answer too.

These letters, the readings and the books are for reflection. They are not therapy, counselling or medical care, and they are not a substitute for qualified professional support.
